I mean this seems to be intuitively obvious for most people. However, I am looking for some "rational" studies that see the relationship. For example, what "respect" means is quite vague. So perhaps there is some study on it?

In free market, failure to provide better value than your competitors result in out of biz sentence irrelevant of intent. In murder, your intent matter a lot.

Actually, this make a little sense. If we're optimists, we tend to see more solutions. If we're stressed out, we tend to see only fight or flight.
