Also, although this probably won't help Ben Brocka, I think it's fun that when I use an electric toothbrush while watching TV, the picture appears to shake like gelatin. Other objects in the room do not.

While we're bringing in the Nyquist frequency, we might as well mention that 60 Hz video might appear to have a big moving black stripe when it is situated under a lamp, such as a fluorescent lamp, that flickers at the AC mains frequency in the United States (50 Hz or 60 Hz).
