What is the study with the dual-task experiment that involved a colour-wheel change detection task? Thanks, they are a little similar, but that's not quite the one I was looking for. But this paper will be useful and I do appreciate it! I have many of Hollingworth's papers, but didn't have this one. |

How can I create computer based psychology experiments using OS X? OS X (the comment was intended for Speldosa, but also for anyone else wanting to use PsychToolbox on OS X. Just something to be aware of; it's not a show-stopper [e.g., you can install multiple instances of Matlab, or just install the latest 64-bit version and use the 32-bit version of Octave to run PsychToolbox scripts]). |

How can I create computer based psychology experiments using OS X? Just make sure that you install MATLAB R2010a or earlier. R2010b and later versions of MATLAB are 64-bit-only, and PsychToolbox is 32-bit-only. |

Defining shyness towards strangers in confrontational situations Indeed, given how many publications there are on the phenomena of interpersonal conflict-resolution styles, there's bound to be something out there to address the integral parts of your question. I just haven't had the time to delve that deeply, and I won't be upset if someone scoops me on a complete answer. ;) |

Is there a practical limit to the amount of knowledge a human can learn? You've made some strong claims about the way the brain works. Could you cite any support for your answer? |
