What are the benefits of dyslexia? Interesting question; as a general side point, many abilities are uncorrelated or weakly correlated; thus, if we assume that music/picture/visual/spatial abilities, etc. are unrelated to whether someone has dyslexia, then on average the distribution of scores on such abilities will show a spread, probably a normal distribution, for both people with and without dyslexia. As such it wouldn't be surprising that you would know some people with dyslexia who are high on some abilities, and for this fact to also have nothing to do with their dyslexia. |

What are the current suggested models for Primacy Effect in memory recall or personality impression? I like this question; However, Asch (1946) largely focuses on person perception and impression formation. Would the scope of this question be better if it was limited to just person perception or just preference formation? |

Summary of meta-analytic correlations between self- and other-report measures +1 That's a good point; single meta-analytic correlations do have a habit of making lots of assumptions and smoothing out any moderating effects, such as degree of acquaintance. |

Does evidence support Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs? In the reference provided by Richard (i.e., Wahba and Bridwell, 1976) it reports studies where people did not agree on the order); There's also an interesting article "Rediscovering the later version of Maslow's hierarchy of needs" FREE PDF where Kolko-Rivera argues that Maslow proposed a level above self-actualisation called self-transcendence. |

Is there a term for individuals who can “visualize” numbers and advanced mathematics? As background context, there is a more general literature on the important role of visualisation in learning mathematics. A Google Scholar search for "visualisation in learning mathematics" yields many interesting articles including this and this. |
