comment Theoretical grounding for Agile/Scrum methodologies in software development
maybe the way to go is looking at management philosophies of which there is a lot of study, or management consulting. one might argue that they are just different ideologies and their effectiveness depends on the situation/ environment they are applied in, that they are not universally more efficient etc.

comment Performance of a group solving a cognitive task: How does it scale?
this is an emerging area that depends a lot on the framework by which the decision making is expressed/structured. see collective intelligence a newly emerging field with deep study, and there is a lot of connection to online social networks etc

heres a survey late 2013. note google is very far ahead with "deep learning" visual images.

comment What is the psychology behind trolling?
yes from paper, the tetrad is: narcissism, Machiavellianism, psychopathy, and sadistic personality. it adds sadism to the more standard triad (wikipedia article). "tetrad" is an apparently newer concept.

comment What is an effective metric of complexity for an Artificial Neural Network?
ok good (counter)pt but seems that many neurons must be doing something significant, maybe optimizing digestion breakdown for some process(es) that require significant complexity... not intelligent by typical stds but that fits into the answer pt about "different kinds of intelligences"... thx for that!

?!? there are roughly ~$10^{10}$ neurons in the human brain. hadnt heard about much in the stomach... do you have a ref for that? sounds incorrect to me

note that in biology intelligence basically scales with # of neurons, and so # of neurons is probably a rough/good estimate of complexity if they are functioning at least as effectively as in the biological case (a caveat which basically rules out all ANNs in current existence—also strongly disagreeing with the hyperbolic and unjustified claim you cite that a large ANN has successfully replicated cat-level intelligence).
