Do people prefer to buy items from bigger stores rather than from smaller stores, even if prices are the same in both? I'm just trying to make a case to my boss about a software product, and I'm trying to find some reasonable analogy to the architectural decision we're making.

For me: 2 reasons,,, 1- bigger choice possibilities (therefore more probabilities of having what u are looking for), 2 - The "distance" between u and the "vendor" –  Enoque Duarte Aug 1 '14 at 13:23
