Can somebody explain the differences and advantages between Bayesian belief network cognitive maps and fuzzy cognitive maps? There are very limited resources except for the article, "Application of probabilistic and fuzzy cognitive approaches in semantic web framework for medical decision support". Both the models represent values that are fuzzy in nature and in range [-1,1]. These are graphical models. Then what is the difference? Please pardon if some information is incorrect since I am totally inexperienced with these approaches.
