This question What causes people to feel depressed without there being a problem? got me thinking about endogenous vs reactive depression and existential vs psychological depression.

It could be argued that they are the same, but I am wondering if there is a delineation between them.

Is there a difference between existential depression and endogenous depression?

Not the faintest idea. But my guess is that the DSM would not yield much sense on the subject either. –  Benteh Nov 27 '13 at 14:11
